Join Chesapeake historian and writer Kate Livie and Miles-Wye Riverkeeper Ben Ford for a walk through time on Wye Island. On a gentle, out-and-back hike along Ferry Trail, participants will explore the stories of the Island's past in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries and discuss the efforts at ShoreRivers to conserve and improve the Wye River for the future.
Participants should be prepared to walk 1.5-2 miles. Light refreshments will be provided after.
