By attending a ShoreRivers event, you (and any minors in your care) consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on website, social media, or any other purpose by ShoreRivers and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar ShoreRivers events in the future. For attendees under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian by their presence and the minor’s presence at the event, hereby grants permission to ShoreRivers to use the minor’s likeness, voice, or words as described above.

You also release ShoreRivers, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By attending this event, you (on your own behalf and on behalf of any minors in your care) waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose, along with any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by ShoreRivers or the person or entity doing so on its behalf.
