Join ShoreRivers the weekend of April 11 to clear trash from our roads, parks, and rivers and help protect the Bay by cleaning up your waterways! ShoreRivers and volunteers are hosting community trash cleanups as part of Project Clean Stream, a Bay-wide trash cleanup that is organized by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay and coordinated by local groups like ShoreRivers. Project Clean Stream is an opportunity for citizens across the entire watershed to work together to clean our shared water resource.
Clean up will be held
Sunday, April 12 at 10am: Rock Hall - Eastern Neck Island Tubby Cove Board Walk
To register for the event, please email Maegan White at mwhite@shorerivers.org. ShoreRivers will provide all needed supplies. Volunteers should bring water bottles, sunscreen, bug spray, and comfortable shoes. We recommend wearing long sleeves and socks to protect against ticks.
