As the Clean Water Act continues to be threatened, ShoreRivers and the Chesapeake Legal Alliance (CLA) come together to put on a webinar highlighting the importance of the public's ability to advocate for greater use of the state's power in protecting our water.
With CLA'S Evan Isaacson moderating, Brett Grosko will explain the current legal landscape, and how case law from the Supreme Court and recent events at the federal level will impact the work of water quality advocates. Choptank Riverkeeper Matt Pluta will then explain what we can do at the State level, with policy initiatives like Maryland's Clean Water Justice Act.
