Chesapeake Conservation Corps Volunteer
Rebecca recently graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. While at Tulane, she assisted in the research of the life history and evolutionary relationships of the Alaskan three-spine stickleback. Living in Louisiana she also worked for the National Park Service to re-implement a water level monitoring system to track yearly fluctuations and sea level rise.
Returning to Maryland as a Chesapeake Conservation Corps volunteer, she looks forward to working with ShoreRivers to gain a deeper understanding of the Chesapeake watershed while working with the community that helped shape her passion for the environment.
